Because of the intimate nature of the items we sell, we are unable to return or exchange purchased toys and products. This is for the health, safety and peace of mind of our customers.

Any item that is designed to come into contact with any body part or fluid is non-returnable and non-resalable. Once these items leave the warehouse, or our store location, they are considered used, and therefore cannot be returned.

All of the toys listed on our website come with a manufacturer’s warranty. Each toy and manufacturer have different ways of registering for the warranty, so please follow the directions, either in or on the packaging.
